We have participated in over 25 Feasibility Studies. These studies are done with the utmost care. Feasibility Studies that are successful have done their homework, research, and analysis to make sure the nonprofit can accomplish their goals. The planning is critical, which Sequoia will help get the nonprofit there. The crucial part will be the confidential interviews with major donors, key volunteers, staff, and board members.
Campaign Counsel

Major Donor Work
Raising the most amount of funding through the least # of donors — this is major donor work. Major donor work is different than direct mail, different than annual giving, this is a different type of ask and relationship. Executive Campaign Committee Training
The ECC is critical to a capital campaign. Volunteers can make a huge impact on a capital campaign. This is unique to a board, it is rather the board that sits around a campaign. How these folks will help you with the case, the list, and the asks. This can wide the net of who is helping this campaign be successful. We can run a 3 day training, a one day training, as well as a virtual 3 hour training.

Development Audit and Planning
Sometimes having an outside agency come in an do a development deep dive on your shop can be helpful. A “readiness assessment” is one tool we use, as well as a R.A.D.A.R. scan. The Readiness is looking at Board, finances, staff understanding and culture, and project goals. The R.A.D.A.R. is Revenue, Attitudes, Data, Alignment, and Risks and Rewards.
Development Events (Mega Donor, Banquet, Golf)
We can help to navigate the 300 person dinner to raising 300k, to the golf tournament to raise 100k, to the mega-donor event to raise multiple millions. We have done hundreds of events and can help to consult to make sure you are maximizing your events.
Donor Data Analytics
Doing a deep dive on your entire data base. Finding out inside of your data base who is under-giving, who has large capacity, as well as, doing some assessments as to what we see strategically in your database. This can be a huge win for your nonprofit.
